Man extradited to ACT over Narrabundah shooting

A man has been extradited from Batemans Bay to face court in the ACT in relation to a shooting in Narrabundah last year.

The 22-year-old man will face charges following an ongoing investigation into what was believed to be a targeted attack at a Goyder Street property in November.

Police allege around five shots were fired at the home from a passing vehicle, about 2.40pm on November 3.

Another man was charged over the incident and faced court in December, pleading not guilty to firing a gun at someone, firing a gun at a building, and intentionally damaging property.

A 31-year-old tiler, Brodie Antoniak will face court again in coming months following allegations he fired a shortened .22 calibre rifle from a vehicle, damaging an aluminium fence.

All of the charges stem from an alleged incident on November 3, which police say was the culmination of a dispute about a ute.
