Man 'exposes' himself in front of dog walker in Corduff park

Locals are being told to be vigilant after a man was seen exposing himself to park goers in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

West Dublin residents have been warned after the man was seen in the valley of Corduff Park standing on a metal bridge near a path onto Blanchardstown Road.

A dog walker in the area was shocked after encountering the man who then ran away at 6.45am that morning.

A local page sent out the alert as many people use the park as a shortcut to get to and from work and schools.

They said: "We’ve had a message from a resident who was walking their dogs in the valley this morning at 6:45 that there was a guy exposing himself.

"He was on the metal footbridge just before you come up the steps to the path that would lead towards Blanchardstown Road.

"He ran off when he saw the resident approaching. The gardai were informed.

"Anyone using the valley as a cut through to work etc please be vigilant."
