A man allegedly exposed himself to a five-year-old girl in the toys aisle of a Tesco store in Paisley.
The incident reportedly took place at the store on East Lane, earlier on Thursday afternoon.
A post on social media claimed the man 'exposed his genitals' to a child who was with her mother shopping in the toy aisle of the supermarket.
Cops are now hunting for the man after it was claimed he left the store before he could be confronted by security.
The incident was then reported to the police.
A Police Scotland spokeperson said: "We received a report at around 3.10pm of a man having exposed himself to a five-year-old girl within East Lane, Paisley."
"Enquires are continuing."
