A man was arrested after being discovered in a trailer at a Dublin post centre.
Gardai were alerted to an "alleged immigration offence" at a centre in Knockmitten on Monday afternoon.
The man was taken to Clondalkin Garda Station where he is currently awaiting repatriation.
A garda spokesman said: "On the afternoon of Monday, 24th January, 2022, gardai were called to the scene of an alleged immigration offence in the Knockmitten area of Dublin 12.
"A man was refused leave to land and is currently awaiting repatriation at Clondalkin Garda Station."
