A man died days after he was injured in a crash on Interstate 355 in southwest suburban Lemont.
Beau Carbonneau, 44, died at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday at Loyola University Medical Center, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
He was riding a black Can AM motorcycle about 2:28 p.m. Sunday in the right lane of I-355 when he tried to change lanes and struck the front end of a white Ford pickup, Illinois State Police said. He lost control and was ejected from the motorcycle.
An autopsy found he died of complications of multiple injuries from the crash and ruled his death an accident, the medical examiner’s office said.
