A man aged in his 80s has died after a house fire in Moruya Heads, on the NSW South Coast, on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency Services were called to the home on Dell Parade about 3.15pm following reports of an explosion and a fire.
Fire and Rescue NSW attended and after the blaze was extinguished, a body was located inside the home.
Officers from South Coast Police District have established a crime scene and an investigation into the cause of the fire is under way.
The victim is understood to be the sole occupant of the house.
