Police rushed to a Knightswood street this morning after a man died within a house.
A spokesperson confirmed officers were on the scene at Hermitage Avenue since 10am after receiving reports of the man being injured.
Locals say they witnessed a heavy presence of emergency services, as well as specialist police in white suits.
Police say the death is being treated as "suspicious".
A large section of the street has been closed off to the public and Hermitage Avenue is inaccessible from Thane Road.
A postmortem examination will take place and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
