
A man was fatally shot last week in suburban Chicago Heights.
Jesus Cruz Mosso, 20, was shot about 8:30 p.m. May 1 in the 300 block of East 22nd Street, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
He was pronounced dead at 2:04 p.m. Monday at Stroger Hospital, the medical examiner’s office said.
An autopsy found he died of a gunshot wound to the head and ruled his death a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said. He lived in Chicago Heights.
Chicago Heights police didn’t immediately provide details.
