A man has died after falling ill in Glasgow this weekend.
The alarm was raised around 7.30pm on Saturday June 4 after reports of a man having taken unwell on Battlefield Road in the city's Southside.
Mercy crews raced to the scene but sadly, the man was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The age of the man is currently unknown.
Cops have confirmed they are not treating the death as suspicious.
They added that a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received report of a man having taken unwell in Battlefield Road, Glasgow around 7.30pm on Saturday, 4 June, 2022.
"Emergency services attended, however, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The death is not suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
