A man has died after "getting into difficulties" in a lake in North Wales.
The incident happened on Thursday, May 28, in Bala Lake, Gwynedd.
Emergency services attended the scene on Thursday afternoon. The man was recovered from the water and flown to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor by air ambulance.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and the man’s next of kin have been informed.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said: "A North Wales man has sadly died after getting into difficulties in Bala Lake in Gwynedd.
"Emergency services were called at around 4.50pm. He was recovered from the water and taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor by air ambulance."
The man's age has not been released by police.
