A man has died after a crash between a motorcycle and a car in Co Cork.
The incident happened at around 6.30pm today at Lisacrue near Killeagh on the N25 between Cork and Waterford.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene and brought to Cork University Hospital.
His age is not known at this time.
The two occupants of the car, a man and woman both in their 80s, were also taken to Cork University Hospital as a precaution.
A garda spokesman said: "Forensic Collision Investigators are at the scene. The road is expected to stay closed overnight with local diversions in place."
