A 41-year-old man has denied engaging in sexual activity with a teenage girl.
Lee Kyle, of Mill Street, Kinross, is also accused of intentionally causing the youngster to view sexual images, for the purpose of “obtaining sexual gratification or of humiliating, distressing or alarming her.”
He had a further hearing arranged for September 3 after appearing on indictment at Perth Sheriff Court.
The incidents are alleged to have taken place at a house in Milnathort on April 24, 2018.
Part of the charge alleges that he told the girl to “cuddle” him - and then masturbate him.
The court was told that a DNA expert had been instructed on behalf of the defence.
Kyle had his bail continued meantime.
