Man has died in a motorbike crash this evening.
The driver of a motorcycle, in his 30s, was killed in a collision at around 7.15pm on Sunday, May 17.
The crash happened on the M1 northbound near Junction 6 (Balbriggan).
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Nobody else was injured in the crash.
Gardai are currently at the scene and a forensic team is carrying out an examination.
The road has been closed and local diversions have been put in place.
Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward and for any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area at the time to make this footage available to gardai.
