A 37-year-old man was killed Saturday when he was shot in a drive-by in Englewood on the South Side, according to police.
About 4 p.m., he was walking in the 6400 block of South Laflin Street, when someone in a dark colored SUV fired shots in his direction, Chicago police said.
He was struck in the back and rushed to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition but was later pronounced dead, police said.
