
Kevin de Bruyne is out of Manchester City’s game against Wolves this afternoon after failing to recover from a groin strain.
The Belgium international missed the Champions League tie against Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday and is will not be back until after the international break.
Pep Guardiola confirmed De Bruyne’s absence on Friday – but insisted there were no concerns about his long-term fitness, despite missing most of last season through injury.
John Stones and Aymeric Laporte are the only other absence for City as Guardiola makes two changes to the team which beat DInamo Zagreb.
Raheem Sterling and Kyle Walker come in, while Bernardo Silva drops to the bench.
