Jack Harrison expects to secure another loan move to Leeds United this week.
The 22-year-old winger spent the 2018-19 campaign at Elland Road as Marcelo Bielsa's men reached the Championship play-offs.
It is claimed by our sister title LeedsLive that an agreement between City and Leeds is set to be finalised before the end of the week.
Harrison made 42 appearances under Bielsa last term, scoring four goals, and is known to be excited about working with the Argentine again after such faith was shown in him.
Clubs across England and Scotland had held talks with bosses at City, but it was always Harrison’s preference to seal a return to the Yorkshire club.
Meanwhile, The Sun say Harry Maguire has his heart set on a move to Manchester City.
However, City are reportedly unwilling to meet Leicester’s £80million asking price for the defender as they only value him at around £60million.
It is claimed that Manchester United could offer more for Maguire but the player himself would prefer to move to the Etihad.
