Manchester City's Premier League meeting with West Ham was one of a host of sporting events postponed on Sunday due to Storm Ciara.
And neither side are prepared for that game to take place this coming weekend.
Winds of up to 80mph raged all weekend, with a full round of Women's Super League matches also falling foul of the elements along with the women's Six Nations fixture between England and Scotland, racing and football matches in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
There is a window for West Ham vs Man City this weekend because both clubs are on their designated winter breaks.
Discussions will take place between the Premier League and both clubs this week but West Ham and City are not prepared to play the game during their scheduled two-week break.
