Erling Haaland's double and Phil Foden's header gave Manchester City a comfortable 3-0 home victory over Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday, condemning Ruben Amorim to yet another defeat on afternoon to forget for the Portuguese tactician.
Foden opened the scoring in the 18th minute as he guided home a header following fantastic work from Jeremy Doku out wide. In the second half, Haaland took control of proceedings. The striker, who scored five times for Norway in midweek, doubled City's lead with a wonderful dinked finish before sealing all three points by finding the bottom corner after being set free.
Ruben Amorim, meanwhile, was looking to win at the Etihad Stadium in consecutive seasons, extend his unbeaten record against Guardiola to five games and oversee back-to-back Premier League wins for the first time as Man United head coach - despite being appointed last November but was unable to achieve the feat. Ricky Hatton tribute planned

The passing of the British boxing legend at his home in Greater Manchester at the age of 46 was announced on Sunday, with police confirming that they are not treating the death as suspicious.
Tributes have quickly poured in for one of Britain’s most popular sportspeople of modern times, including from City, of whom Hatton was a lifelong fan, which he demonstrated by using club anthem ‘Blue Moon’ as his walkout music throughout his illustrious career and also wearing light blue shorts.
‘Hitman’ Hatton fought at City’s Etihad Stadium, then known as the City of Manchester Stadium, in 2008, memorably defeating Juan Lazcano on his UK homecoming after facing Floyd Mayweather Jr in Las Vegas.
The club sent their heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of one of their “most loved and revered supporters”, writing: “He will always be remembered.”

A statement reads: “Manchester City are devastated to learn Ricky Hatton has passed away, aged 46.
“Ricky was one of City’s most loved and revered supporters, who will always be remembered for a glittering boxing career that saw him win world titles at welterweight and light-welterweight.
“Everyone at the Club would like to send our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time.
“We can confirm there will be a minute’s appreciation ahead of today’s game against Manchester United.”
