Man City vs Liverpool TV channel, live stream, kick-off time & early team news

Liverpool are nearing a return to Premier League action as they travel to face Manchester City this weekend.

The Reds go to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday to take on Man City, as their quest to secure a Premier League top-four finish continues. Liverpool are currently seven points adrift of fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur with two games in hand.

Jurgen Klopp’s side go to Man City looking for a similar result to the reverse fixture, which they won 1-0 in October. However, the Reds go into the game on the back of consecutive 1-0 defeats to Bournemouth and Real Madrid.

Early Man City vs Liverpool team news

Liverpool should have some of their key players back for the trip to Man City.

Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez have returned to first-team training and could come into contention.

But Thiago Alcantara remains sidelined, while Calvin Ramsay's and Stefan Bajcetic's respective seasons are over. And now Naby Keita has picked up an injury, too.

For Man City, Phil Foden has already been ruled out after having surgery for appendicitis.

There are also concerns over the fitness of Erling Haaland, who suffered an injury before the international break and was withdrawn from the Norway squad.
