Man City vs Chelsea prediction: Raheem Sterling can lead to keep quadruple hopes alive

The quadruple is closer than it ever has been for Manchester City with a Carabao Cup final next week, Premier League title all but confirmed and two semi-finals to contend with.

City are in the Champions League semi-final for the first time under Pep Guardiola but have an FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea to endure first.

Chelsea are 18/5 to win while Man City are the favourites at 4/5 with Betfred.

City have been formidable this season and have won 28 of their last 30 matches in all competitions including a comfortable win at Borussia Dortmund.

Chelsea, meanwhile, did not look comfortable in their second-leg tie against Porto and will need to address a number of issues if they have a chance to get past this City side.

Tips

  • Raheem Sterling to score anytime - 9/5
  • Kai Havertz to score anytime - 4/1

Chelsea will be looking to capitalise on their chances as Thomas Tuchel faces his toughest test since arriving at Stamford Bridge.

With Kai Havertz finally showing signs of the level of the form that made a name for himself in Bayer Leverkusen.

Him playing in a false nine role could work well against Man City's defence and him to score anytime at 4/1 is worth a shout.

For City, I am going to back Raheem Sterling at 9/5.

I think Sterling offers that versatile threat on the wing and through the middle for him to be a handful for Tuchel's defence. I will be surprised if he has a quiet day at Wembley.
