Patrick Bamford and Luke Ayling will both feature for Leeds United’s Under-23s this evening in their clash with Manchester City.
The first team duo have both missed Leeds’ last 10 matches in all competitions after picking up knee and ankle injuries respectively in the 1-1 draw against Newcastle United in September.
The young Whites will be looking for their first win in the Premier League Two in eight matches, having picked up their last victory against Liverpool in mid-September.
It remains to be seen which of Mark Jackson’s side will feature this evening, with Leeds’ first team match against Crystal Palace likely to require several under-23s players on the bench at least.
