Manchester City paid out just over £24,000,000 in agent fees during the last two transfer windows newly released figures have revealed.
In the FA's annual document on intermediary fees, City paid £24,122,753 to their players' representatives, despite only making one signing between the period February 1 2018 until January 31 2019.
City have had a relatively quiet two transfer windows, last summer and January, only bringing in one big name in Mahrez, however, the figure takes into account all transactions to agents over a year-long period which amounts to 46 separate bits of business for the club.
They include a new deal for Ederson which was agreed in May 2018, a two-year extension for Gabriel Jesus signed in August 2018 and more recently a new three year deal for Raheem Sterling which will keep him at the club until 2023.

City sit third in the table behind table toppers Liverpool who have spent £20,000,000 more than City with their spend coming in at £43,795,863 and Chelsea who are ahead of City having spent £26,850,552.
Liverpool briefly held the world record fee for a goalkeeper with the £66.8m addition of Alisson in the summer before Chelsea gazumped them with the arrival of Kepa Arrizabalaga for £71m. Jurgen Klopp's side also bought Jorge Mendes' client Fabinho for £44m and Xherdan Shaqiri for £13m in the summer window, while they negotiated a £52.75m pre-contract deal for Naby Keita in 2017.
United sit just behind City having spent £20,759,350 having brought in three players in the summer window last year.
