Man City team vs Norwich includes David Silva and Kevin De Bruyne

David Silva will play his 309th and final Premier League game this afternoon as he captains Manchester City against Norwich this afternoon.

Silva, who leaves City at the end of the season, captains the Blues today in the last game of the extended domestic season against the relegated Canaries.

Also in Pep Guardiola's starting XI are Ederson, Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling, who could all still win Premier League awards for the 2019/20 campaign.

In goal, Ederson starts as he looks to keep the clean sheet that will secure him a first Golden Glove award in the Premier League.

Kyle Walker, Aymeric Laporte, Eric Garcia and Joao Cancelo all start in defence as City look to help Ederson win that award. Cancelo starts at left-back after a good showing there in the last game vs Watford, with a starting spot up for grabs in the Champions League against Real Madrid available as Benjamin Mendy will be suspended.

In midfield, Rodri starts in holding midfield, with Silva partnering Kevin De Bruyne, who needs one more assist to equal the league record for most assists in a season.

In attack, Raheem Sterling needs four goals to stand a chance of winning the Golden Boot, but just one will see him reach the 20-goal mark in the league.

Phil Foden and Gabriel Jesus also start as City make just one change from that win at Watford.

On the bench, there is no room for any young academy stars, as Guardiola names the strongest substitutes bench possible.

Man City starting XI vs Norwich: Ederson, Walker, Garcia, Laporte, Cancelo, Rodrigo, De Bruyne, D Silva (C), Foden, Jesus, Sterling

Substitutes: Subs | Carson, Stones, Zinchenko, Gundogan, Bernardo, Mendy, Mahrez, Fernandinho, Otamendi
