Man City fans are ecstatic after their team clinched the Premier League title on the final day after a brilliant 4-1 victory against Brighton.
It's been a rollercoaster of a season full of twists and turns and it seemed as though even more drama could be on the cards early on in the day.
Liverpool were doing their bit and took the lead against Wolves through Sadio Mane's finish and when City went behind to Brighton through Glenn Murray's near-post header Anfield exploded with anticipation.
However, their celebrations were short-lived as Sergio Aguero equalised just 83 seconds later and then Aymeric Laporte's thumping header put them ahead.
City controlled the game in the second half and excellent goals from Riyad Mahrez and Ilkay Gundogan secured the title in style.
It's been a long, tense, dramatic season but it ends with City lifting the Premier League for the fourth time and becoming the first team to retain it since Manchester United did a decade ago.
