Man City stars mob Yaya Toure after winning Premier League title

Manchester City's squad interrupted the punditry duties of former teammate Yaya Toure in their celebrations after winning the Premier League title.

Toure was part of Sky Sports' coverage for the final day of the Premier League season, where City thumped Brighton 4-1 to become the first side in a decade to retain the title.

After the final whistle, Toure was trying to provide some analysis for the game but was interrupted by his former teammates - who ripped out his ear piece in scenes of jubilant celebrations.

The former City man also posed for selfies with his friends after their interviews after lifting the title and Toure admitted he misses life at the club.

“I miss them a lot to be honest. When I was at this football club, it’s like a family.

"I spent more time with them than I did with my wife and kids. I miss Raheem, I miss Sane, I miss all of them! Those guys are fantastic," he said.

Toure's agent had stated earlier this week that the Ivory Coast international was hanging up his boots and retiring but those claims were countered on Sunday, as he added:

“I will continue, definitely. For me it’s important to carry on playing football and enjoying football."

This is the exact moment fans outside the Etihad knew City had won the league
