Man City star Raheem Sterling's brutal response to Piers Morgan after Arsenal proposition

Raheem Sterling swerved Piers Morgan's proposition of a move to Arsenal with a funny retort on Twitter.

Manchester City winger Sterling was awarded the Integrity and Impact Award at the BR Sport Industry Awards and Morgan took to the social media platform to congratulate the England winger on his achievement.

"Congrats @sterling7. Your continued evolution as a footballer & a man of important cultural influence is very impressive," the Good Morning Britain presenter said.

"Thanks Piers. Ive come a long way [sic]," Sterling replied, with Morgan adding: "Haha, you have. But more power to you. Life's about self-improvement & you've turned yourself into a brilliant role model on & off the pitch."

And the outspoken Gunners supporter tried his luck in convincing Sterling on a move to the Emirates: "Now, since I've got your ear, how about joining Arsenal?"
