Man City star gets first in-form upgrade of season as FIFA 19 Ultimate Team TOTW 31 is unveiled

Man City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has made this week's FIFA 19 Ultimate Team TOTW 31 line-up, after recording two assists and producing a great performance against Crystal Palace on Sunday.

The Belgian has, incredibly, not been given a TOTW card so far this season, so this 92-rated card be his first in-form in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team.

He is joined by Premier League stars Fabian Schar, Ryan Fraser and Lucas Moura, after their stellar performances for Newcastle, Bournemouth and Tottenham respectively this weekend.

Former Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina starts in goal, whilst Napoli central defender Kalidou Koulibaly gets a 92-rated in-form this week.

The TOTW line-up is picked on single performances only, so goals and assists are not added accumulatively within the TOTW period.

Matthijs de Ligt provides telling transfer hint amid Man Utd and Man City links

Also, players who were included in last week's TOTW are not eligible for selection this week, nor are players who have been involved in a recent promotion.

Here is the FIFA 19 FUT TOTW 31 starting XI in full.
