Cole Palmer and Bernardo Silva look set to be available for Manchester City's Premier League clash with Everton on Sunday after their injury scares over the international break.
Both missed games for their countries, and were concerns as they returned to City ahead of the return of Premier League action. Bernardo missed Portugal's draw with Ireland with 'muscle problems', with Portugal boss Fernando Santos saying he had arrived 'tired' from City.
The popular midfielder returned for Portugal's crucial qualifier against Serbia, but revealed after the game he asked to be substituted after an hour as he was not contributing to the level he wanted to.
Palmer, meanwhile, was replaced in England U21's win over Czech Republic holding his hamstring, and he missed their friendly in Georgia as a result. He had taken to social media to explain the injury wasn't serious, and it was a big boost to see him running freely and taking full part in City's training session on Thursday.
Bernardo was also part of the group shown in a video published by City ahead of Sunday's clash with Everton, as was Raheem Sterling, who didn't play for England on Monday for personal reasons.
However, Jack Grealish was not seen in the video after he missed England's 10-0 win in San Marino with a minor injury as he returned early to City for assessment.
Kevin de Bruyne, who scored for Belgium on Tuesday in Wales, was also absent, and Pep Guardiola could give an update on the fitness status of his squad in his press conference on Friday.
Zack Steffen was another absentee, although he could simply be returning later after playing for the USA in Jamaica on Tuesday night.
City's Brazilian pair Ederson and Gabriel Jesus, who took a private plane back from their qualifier with Argentina on Tuesday, were present in the video.
Man City squad spotted training on Thursday : Sterling, Stones, Rodri, Laporte, Fernandinho, Jesus, Ederson, Gundogan, Foden, Bernardo, Dias, McAtee, Mbete, Kayky, Walker, Cancelo, Palmer
