Man City are at risk of losing two players to suspension if they are booked in the Champions League quarter-final first leg against Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday night.
Argentina pair Sergio Aguero and Nicolas Otamendi have both picked up two yellow cards so far in the competition and should they be issued a third at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium then they would miss the second leg at the Etihad the following week.
Otamendi has already served a suspension in Europe this season after he was sent off against Schalke, but as he was already on two bookings before being shown two yellows during City's victory in Germany his tally still stands.
Aguero remains a doubt for the game after missing the last two matches with a muscular injury.
Spurs are at risk of losing key players as well, with Toby Alderweireld and Son Heung-min are both a booking away from a one game suspension.
Winger Erik Lamela is also on two yellow cards but he has been ruled out of the game with a hamstring injruy.
Neither team will be without a player due to suspension in the first leg.
Yellow cards will be wiped after the quarter-final stage but should any player pick up their third booking of the season in the second-leg then they would be suspended for the first leg of the semi-final.
Kick-off from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is 8pm on Tuesday, April 9 with the return leg being held on Wednesday, April 17.
