Manchester City's youngsters took many of the headlines as a young Blues side cantered to a Carabao Cup victory against Wycombe Wanderers.
Pep Guardiola gave first-team debuts to six academy graduates and their performances helped City beat the Chairboys 6-1 at the Etihad Stadium.
But when it came to our man of the match vote, fans on our website chose to recognise the two-goal contribution of Riyad Mahrez.
The Algerian gained 54 per cent of the votes cast. Phil Foden, who scored a cracker last night, attracted 27 per cent, while Kevin De Bruyne and debutant Romeo Lavia both received a 5.4 per cent share.
As well as voting for a man of the match, fans were also asked to deliver their marks out of 10 for the whole team - you can see the results so far once you've added your ratings using the tool here:
