Man City fans spot what Benjamin Mendy told Kyle Walker in 90th minute

Eagle eyed Manchester City fans loved what Benjamin Mendy told Kyle Walker to do during his spell as the team's goalkeeper against Atalanta in the Champions League.

Ederson was substituted at half-time due to injury and was replaced with Claudio Bravo. However, the Chile international was issued a red card shortly after entering the field after rushing off his line and bringing down Atalanta forward Josip Ilicic.

Pep Guardiola was forced to bring on an outfield player with Walker the man chosen to shoulder the responsibility.

City were able to secure a point at the San Siro and fans have spotted what Mendy instructed Walker to do as the Blues looked to wind down the cross.

Atalanta were pushing for a winner, eager to test Walker's goalkeeping skills, but the right-back was able to comfortably collect a misplaced pass in injury time.

Mendy instantly told his teammate to drop to the ground and take as long as he possibly could to get the ball back into play. The defender reacted to the moment on Twitter writing: "Still need some lessons but I got u bro no worries @kylewalker2."

City fans loved what the Frenchman did and joked that he had a future in coaching goalkeepers.
