Man City fans spot two things missing from team vs Wolves in pre-season

Manchester City fans were pleased to see a strong line-up in the pre-season game against Wolves, but were disappointed that two youngsters were dropped to the bench.

City beat West Ham 4-1 in their previous Premier League Asia Trophy game, and were helped by a number of young talents in the starting XI including Adria Bernabe and Ian-Carlo Poveda.

Both retained their places for the final against Wolves, but the return of Kevin de Bruyne and John Stones meant Tommy Doyle and Taylor Harwood-Bellis dropped to the bench.

Both academy players had impressed against West Ham, Harwood-Bellis in particular, as they made their senior debuts for City.

But the pair were missing against Wolves, and fans were hopeful that they would be rewarded for their performances earlier in the week with some game time in the second half.
