Manchester City's impact on Euro 2020 was reflected in the official Team of the Tournament, as two players were recognised for their performances.
Raheem Sterling, who single-handedly got England out of the group stages, was named in the best eleven players of the tournament, while Kyle Walker's impeccable performances at the back for the Three Lions saw him get the nod.
Other City players, like Aymeric Laporte and Kevin De Bruyne, had fine tournaments for their countries, but were overlooked by players in their positions who got further in the knockout stages like Leonardo Bonnucci, Pedri and Jorginho.
However, one player who reached the final was John Stones, and fans have taken to social media to question why he wasn't included in the best two centre-backs of the Euros.
Instead, Harry Maguire of Manchester United was named, despite missing the first two games while Stones started every fixture and made more blocks than any other player. Maguire was brilliant during England's run to the final, but City fans feel Stones edged him for consideration into the Team of the Tournament.

Stones' brilliant Euro 2020 form continues his remarkable turnaround in the last 12 months as he has won back his place for club and country. In fact, had the tournament gone ahead as usual, Stones would likely have been overlooked completely for summer 2020.
Now, the City man will rest and recover before returning to the Etihad for a new season as he looks to fight Laporte and Ruben Dias for a starting spot in 2021/22.
