Manchester City fans have slammed Nicolas Otamendi after his defensive error allowed Wolves to open the scoring in their Premier League encounter.
City were piling on the pressure with Wolves content to sit back and hit on the counter attack.
As Raul Jimenez raced through on goal, Otamendi lunged in needlessly with a slide tackle and the Mexican forward easily sidestepped the challenge before slipping in Adama Traore who slotted the ball past Ederson.
Pep Guardiola 's men battled for an equaliser but were caught out again, Traore completing his brace to ensure the gap to Liverpool at the top of the table remained eight points after eight games played.
Not for the first time this season has Otamendi's error led to a goal, the Argentina international was caught out twice during the defeat against Norwich.
City fans have seemingly had enough, with some stating that Guardiola should not pick him to play again.
