Manchester City fans are keen to see Pep Guardiola shelve his cup-goalkeeper policy and start Ederson between the sticks against United.
The Brazilian has not featured in a League Cup game before the final since joining City in 2017.
Claudio Bravo played in all of City's games on their way to success in the competition during the 17-18 season, before Aro Muric played in all of the Blues' games up until the final last season.
With Muric out on loan at Nottingham Forest, Bravo has played in all of City's cup games this season, including the FA Cup win over Port Vale, and he has also played in each of City's last three Premier League games.
However, the overwhelming majority of fans are keen for Ederson to be restored to the team for the first time since his red card against Wolves on December 27.
MEN Sport conducted a Twitter poll on the day of the game asking supporters who should start in goal at Old Trafford and, of the 1,200 responders, 89 per cent of them voted for Ederson, with just 11 per cent voting for Bravo.
