Man City fans question Pep Guardiola's midfield selection against Wolves

Manchester City fans aren't happy to see Pep Guardiola opt to play both Ilkay Gundogan and David Silva in the engine room for the Premier League fixture against Wolves.

Talisman Kevin De Bruyne is sidelined with a groin problem until after the international break meaning Guardiola was forced to make changes to the side that beat Everton last time out in the league.

In De Bruyne's absence, David Silva returned to the starting line up and Gundogan retained his place in midfield ahead of the likes of Bernardo Silva and Phil Foden who were named among the substitutes.

City fans aren't happy with the decision to field the two players alongside each other, claiming the partnership won't and never has worked.
