Manchester City fans believe Raheem Sterling should be sold in the January transfer window.
The halfway point of the football season is quickly approaching and come the turn of the year clubs will once again be able to make signings and sales in the transfer market.
City don't tend to be too active in January, with Aymeric Laporte in 2018 being the last major arrival and with few players leaving the club during the winter either.
Blues supporters may want to see that change this coming window, however, after naming Sterling as the only first-team regular that should leave the club.
MEN Sport asked readers to take part in a poll in which they could vote on which players should be kept and which ones sold.
Out of the whole first-team squad, Sterling had the lowest percentage of fans believing he should be kept at just 30.6 per cent.
Despite returning to his best for England during Euro 2020, Sterling has once again struggled for form and minutes so far this season and remains out of favour with Pep Guardiola.
The forward has started just three times in the Premier League and, with his contract set to expire in 2023, fans appear to believe that January would be a good time to cash in on a player who seems to have lost his spark in blue after years of great success.
Barcelona have been heavily linked with Sterling over the past week, with a swap move for Frenkie de Jong touted, and Guardiola even suggested that the Catalonians would be able to sign any of City's players.
“Honestly I have no idea. I don’t know anything. Not that I would tell you anyway," he told reporters, quoted by Mundo Deportivo.
"If Barcelona are interested in any of our players, I am convinced that they can get them. Barca continues to be an attractive club, more than attractive. The city, the club, the history and this for the trainers, for the players always seduces a lot.
"If Barcelona interests one of our players, they will set up the machinery into operation, it is a liner.
“Barca can use their media to influence signings. That’s the thing about Barcelona; they can do what they want, good or bad.”
The only other player who didn't meet the threshold for fans wanting him to stay was Dutch centre-back Philippe Sandler, who is currently on loan at sister club Troyes.
Nathan Ake was the next closest with 51.8% of fans wanting him to stay, proceeding Riyad Mahrez on 79.3%.
Every other player had a rating of at least 80%, with Phil Foden leading the charge on 98.4%, followed by Joao Cancelo (98.1%), Bernardo Silva (97.9%) and Ruben Dias (97.5%).
