Manchester City fans have been mocking Cristiano Ronaldo following his reaction after Bernardo Silva was named the Nations League player of the tournament.
Bernardo secured the award on Sunday night after another impressive performance from the 24-year-old as Portugal defeated the Netherlands in the inaugural Nations League final.
Despite netting a hat-trick in the semi-final win over Switzerland last week Juventus forward Ronaldo was overlooked for the personal accolade, and an online clip suggests he didn’t appear too pleased about it.
A viral video showed that while the rest of the Portugal team congratulated the City winger Ronaldo could be seen pulling an odd expression as he watched on.
City fans were baffled by the apparent lack of emotion being shown by the former Manchester United forward and took to social media to mock him following the snub.
