Manchester City fans want Phil Foden to be given more responsibility by Pep Guardiola after seeing him provide two assists for England U21s on Friday.
Foden started in an attacking midfield role and was central to everything England U21s did against Turkey in their U21 Euro qualifier.
The youngster's performance was rewarded with two impressive assists for Arsenal's Eddie Nketiah as England came back from 2-1 down to win 3-2.
It was a rare 90 minutes for Foden, who has to compete with the likes of Kevin de Bruyne and David Silva for minutes at City, but fans were impressed at seeing what he could do when given the chance to showcase his obvious abilities.
So when City tweeted to highlight Foden's performance, fans called for Guardiola to play him more when the domestic football resumes. Others wanted Foden to be promoted to the senior England squad, while there were also plenty of fans simply in awe of the player they have on their hands.
