Man City fans make Phil Foden Arsenal claim after Kevin De Bruyne injury news

Manchester City fans have been reacting to the blow of losing star midfielder Kevin De Bruyne to injury on social media this afternoon.

De Bruyne was ruled out of City's clash with Arsenal on Saturday evening with an injury picked up while on international duty with Belgium.

Pep Guardiola confirmed the news today, confirming in today's press conference that De Bruyne is out but for just how long he does not know.

"I don't think it is much but the next games I think he will be out," he said. "But we will see day by day, how it is going on.

De Bruyne had featured in all three of the Citizens' games so far this season, as well as the two Carabao Cup games, scoring and assisting one.

Guardiola will have been desperate to see the Belgian fit along with the recovered Sergio Aguero as he looks to change City's fortunes after the poor start, but for now, he will have to go without, starting with a touch clash with Arsenal on Saturday.
