Manchester City has been ranked top of the table when it comes to ‘value for money’ with fans expecting to spend £11 per home game goal in Etihad Stadium. A study found City fans are getting better value for money than their rivals Manchester United who can expect to pay more than twice as much (£23) per home goal.
For those that attend games regularly a season ticket is a worthwhile investment to get the most bang for their buck. This recent study has looked into which fans stand to get the best value for money in the 2022/2023 season based on money spent per home goal.
All the north western teams have come off well in this case with all of them being included in the top eight.
Liverpool fans can expect to pay £16 per home game goal at their stadium Anfield, making them the second best value for money season ticket in the Premier League. Paying £4 less per goal than their Merseyside rivals Everton.
Coming in joint third place is West Ham United, Everton and Chelsea who can expect to pay £20 per goal scored at home if last season is anything to go by. West Ham and Chelsea provided the best value for money for teams down south.

This estimated table is based on home goals from last season, but this Premier League campaign could be completely different. But so far, with City already scoring 23 goals thanks largely to new star signing Erling Haaland, they are likely to be the best value for money - as far as these statistics from online gambling advisors Scams.info are concerned.
The average price of the season tickets were then divided by the number of goals scored at home to estimate the price per goal season ticket holders can expect to pay. The data is accurate as of September 13, 2022 and is subject to change.
Nottingham Forest was excluded from the data set due to their last Premier League season being 1998/99 which is too long ago to be representative of the current club.
