Man City fans fuming as Sky Sports run adverts through first-half against Norwich City

Manchester City fans are fuming after Sky Sports Main Event cut out twice during the first half of their clash with Norwich City.

Viewers were left baffled when the action was temporarily replaced by TV adverts midway through the contest at Carrow Road.

It was an opening 45 minutes to forget for City as they trailed 2-0 after goals from Kenny McClean and Todd Cantwell before Sergio Aguero halved the arrears just before the interval.

But, with the tension high, City fans were left outraged as Sky twice put adverts throughout the opening half.

They quickly realised their error, with the commentators apologising to the viewers who experienced the action cutting out, which seemed to only happen on their Main Event channel and not their Premier League channel.

However, that didn't stop fans taking to social media to voice their displeasure at their services.

With their team behind, it was the last thing City fans wanted to see, as Sky further added to their misery.

Here's a look at what they, and other disgruntled customers, had to say on Twitter.
