Man City confirmed ins and outs in summer transfer window 2019

Manchester City know their confirmed squad that will look to retain the Premier League title for the third successive season after the transfer window closed on Thursday.

City signed Scott Carson on the deadline in a season-long loan deal, after completing the deal for Juventus right-back Joao Cancelo on Wednesday in a deal that saw Danilo move the other way.

This summer saw Pep Guardiola's side break their transfer record with the addition of Rodri from Atletico Madrid, with left-back Angelino also returning.

As well as Danilo, Fabian Delph left the Etihad along with a number of academy stars - on both permanent deals and loan moves.

City will now look ahead to the new Premier League season, hoping to beat another challenge from Liverpool after last year's epic title race.

But there is still time for outgoings, with European clubs having until September 2 to conclude their business. That could mean that Leroy Sane might still join Bayern Munich, although City would not be able to bring in a replacement until January.
