Nathan Ake and Sergio Aguero have not travelled with Manchester City for their Champions League game with Marseille.
Ake has not featured for the Blues since the win over Arsenal, having woken up on the morning of the Porto game with a groin issue that has now kept him out for at least three matches.
Aguero only returned against Arsenal after being sidelined for five months with a knee injury but after playing against the Gunners and Porto he only managed a half at West Ham on Saturday before being forced off with a hamstring issue.
The pair were not in the squad that headed to the south of France for the second Champions League encounter of the group. Aymeric Laporte was included, having missed the last three matches after picking up a problem during the international break, but Benjamin Mendy and Gabriel Jesus are still missing.
Liam Delap is not eligible to play in the Champions League having not been included in City's List A, but a number of academy players have travelled; Felix Nmecha, Adrian Bernabe, Tommy Doyle and Cole Palmer should all be on the bench in the Stade Velodrome with UEFA allowing 23-man matchday squads for every game in the competition.
Guardiola praised that decision last week, having been critical of the Premier League move to revert back to 18-man squads and a maximum of three substitutions.
