Man City and Tottenham 'in agreement' amid claims of £100m Harry Kane transfer bid

Manchester City and Tottenham are reportedly on the same page where Harry Kane is concerned - and that is no transfer will be taking place just yet.

Reports emerged this Monday that Ppe Guardiola's City have tested Spurs' resolve by making a £100million bid for the England forward.

But as reported by football.london, sources at both Man City and Tottenham claim no such bid is currently on the table.

It has been claimed that Tottenham are sticking to their guns on Kane and have no intention of selling the striker under any circumstances.

They are even reportedly telling managerial candidates that Kane will be at Spurs next season.

Manchester City, meanwhile, are waiting until the Euros finish before completing any transfer business in this summer's window.

The Premier League champions are using the Euros as a good opportunity to scout potential targets and will no doubt take any possible injuries into account before launching a big-money bid.

Kane rocked Tottenham back in May when he informed chairman Daniel Levy that he wants to leave Spurs in search of silverware.

"Individual awards are great, they are fantastic achievements," said Kane, after winning the London Footballer of the Year award.

"When I look back at the end of my career, I will go over it and take in a little bit more. The goal right now as a player is to win team trophies.

"As much as this is great, I want to be winning the biggest prizes that there is to offer as a team, and we are not quite doing that.

"It is one of those [situations], it is bittersweet. I would rather be winning team trophies than this award. It is what it is. I am proud to win it. It means it has been a good season on the pitch, so I have just got to try and continue what I am doing."
