A man has been charged with two counts of possession of cocaine for sale or supply in west Dublin.
Garda members of the K District Community action team were carrying out proactive patrols in Blanchardstown when they observed a man acting suspiciously.
The man was stopped and searched on Snugborough Road and found to be in possession of €600 worth of cocaine.
A follow up search was conducted at an apartment nearby and a further €2,000 worth of cocaine and €3,000 cash was seized.
He was arrested by gardai on October 15 and detained before being charged with the two counts.
