A Shepparton man has been charged with the rape of two teenagers in Ballan and Sunshine.
Twenty two-year-old Nicholas Goldsack is facing five charges of rape and one of attempted rape.
Police say the charges relate to assaults against 16 and 17 year old girls last week.
The court has issued a warrant for his arrest after he did not show up in the Ballarat Magistrates Court today as scheduled.
Editor's note 10/12/20: Nicholas Goldsack was subsequently committed to stand trial in the County Court on one charge of rape. On June 2, 2009, he was found not guilty.
