Queens Park homicide victim's body was in house for days before discovery, court told

A 35-year-old Perth man charged with murder has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance later this month.

Paul Alexander Wilson is accused of murdering Alistair Wilson at a house in Queens Park.

It is believed the men were known to each other.

Police found the body of Alistair Wilson in a house on Centre Street after being called to the property about 10:15am on Tuesday.

The court was told the man, who was aged in his 60s, was killed sometime in the past few days.

Paul Wilson was not required to enter a plea, and is due to appear in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court next week.
