Police were called about 12:45 p.m. with reports that the front door of the home was kicked open, police said. Witnesses saw Starks running from the house before police arrived.

Investigators were able to use images of the suspect and his vehicle to identify Starks, police said. He was arrested at his Park City home and taken to the Lake County Jail.

He remains in custody on $50,000 bail, according to the Lake County sheriff’s office. His next court date was set for Aug. 20.
