
A 44-year-old man has been charged in a weekend crash that killed someone in south suburban Oak Forest.
Robert Aguilar Jr. is charged with aggravated driving under the influence and reckless homicide, Oak Forest police said in a statement.
Aguilar was allegedly driving about 8:30 p.m. Nov. 1 when he crashed into another vehicle at the intersection of 159th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

Eight people, including Aguilar, were taken to hospitals with injuries, police said.
One man, 46-year-old Dominic Bellamy-Palma, died of his injuries, according to police. An autopsy found he died less than an hour after the crash, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. He lived in south suburban Manhattan.
Aguilar, who lives in Oak Forest, was scheduled for a bail hearing on Monday in Bridgeview, police said.
